Dragonfly
I just took a look at the Damsel flies posted by Biggerthenlife...and I am stunned to think this creature also looks like that...I have not been seeing many of them this year...this is the only one I found settled down so I could get a shot at it. Shirley

Not the easiest things to photograph, im guessing its a darter or small dragonfly, the orange edges to the wings may help in ID.
