Your third image is great. I love the pastel sky colours reflected in the clouds and the water - framed well by the trees. Great shot.
I'm not too sure about the second one; I think looking into the sun is a bit harsh on the eye. Perhaps you should have positioned it off centre so the scenery is the main feature bathed in the warmth of the suns last rays - rather than the sun being the key focal point.

My favorite by far is the third photo. Nice, subtle color & a good choice of frame & matt. The second shot would be better with the light source off center. The first seems over "cooked", meaning the saturation level is too high.
