Wasp Spider (I Think)

On my travels one day I saw this gorgeous looking Spider, as far as I can make out it's a Wasp Spider, it was reasonably big, the pictures arn't great, the wind was blowing and it was difficult to get a still shot

not for the faint hearted Wouldn't it be great to find a new species, but highly unlikely I did a little bit of research on them, and they're mainly found down south, and have been in this country since about 1922, they eat flying insects and Grasshoppers, there were two that I saw and it was were I took the photos of the Grasshoppers I posted in another thread

I think I have one of those as well, didn't know what it was untill you said that, then I had a good look at it and it's tail is curled up just like a scorpion, so it may well be
