Talk about expecting the family to grow, notice the steel rods sticking out of the top of the building ready to expand.

I don't give the foundations much chance with the banks being mud. A couple of good floods will see that off methinks.

It's difficult to comment of this snapshot. It looks like a very square, unfinished building, taken at high noon, placed smack dab in the middle of the frame.
