I like the contrasting characters or seemingly contrasting fortunes of the characters within the shot. I also like the fact that everybody seems to be just going about their business in their own little world.

All I might have done differently would been to get a little lower and closer to the guy on the ground making him a more prominant part of the foreground. That said, greater emphasis on him would have given the overall shot a completely different emphasis.
