Feeling better

Mack has been very ill, thought we were going to lose him early last week, he has lost a lot of weight, which he really didn't need,but he is 100% in himself again, even up to a spot of squirrel chasing. We've had no rain for months, and yesterday we had a big storm, this was taken after the rains, Mack enjoying the coolness in the early evening.

He looks full of life! So glad he's better, I hate it when animals are ill, they can't tell you whats wrong.

Thanks all Can't believe the difference a week can make, he's still on rice and now I've changed the white boiled fish for boiled chicken,he'll be on this a while, till we are sure his stomach lining is okay, and he is doing well, no blood any more, or wheezing. Was awful seeing him so ill,and I hope I never have to see him collapse like that again, not nice to see such a large dog go down in a crumpled heap Anyway, fingers crossed, he will continue going from strength to strength and being his normal naughty self. x

Sorry to hear Mack has been so poorly Suzi, do hope he continues to improve and can become his usual self before much longer - sorry to wish that on you but you know what I mean.
