Photography Projects

Is there anything you'd like to photograph as a series? If so what

I'd love to photo 'extreme' people - whether heavily tattoed, or pierced, or with crazy hair dos, or very large to very small to good looking to 'ugly', anyone and everyone! I just think it would make a fantastic project showing the variety of people in our own societies.

The great thing about such a project is no matter how many people do it, they will all be different! Hmmm maybe we should all arrange to do one

Didn't someone link to one here ages and ages ago, which was a red chair project showing photos of a huge variety of people (naked I think) all sat in the same chair. I loved it and found it very inspiring.

Lol yeah, and I think that's what inspired me too - but I don't think I'd go down the naked route, or want to be restricted to people in a chair

Ah yes that was it.
The chair might be restricting but I do like the idea of a common theme that links all the pictures - it could be as simple as a plain black background.

I have my own personal collection of nutters who are the subject of my current project.
Once I have finished this 365 I will consider something new. Maybe a 52 portraits against a specific wall.

I like the sound of that - and your current project is excellent too

The variation in hairless chinese cresteds would suit me just fine!..
