Okay... here's a recent photo - taken yesterday... I think it almost shows that I've lost weight? 
I can see the difference between this one and the ones I posted of me and Nic anyway! I can also fit into size 20 jeans again, I was a 24 until recently!

Nice pic Laura, if you reverse it, would look a little like the 'Mona (Lisa) Laura'! ..you can smile you know! Great with the weight loss...enjoy the outdoor life, a few short walks, and it will come off more naturally and enjoyably. Could do with a bit more myself just lately.
