Themes, Topics and Competitions
Just for a bit of debate - see what people think. Feel free to say what your opinion is here, whether you are a snapper with a £5 camera, or a pro with a £5000 camera - what would you like to see on Yo?
Do you prefer themes, topics, or competitions? Do you like a mix of all three? Do you want a bit of rationalisation? Would you prefer more?
I've put a poll above to list the options - but feel free to discuss below.
The site is currently in its early days - and we're still growing. Once Azz puts us into the mass market area - and more people join - in my opinion it'll be tough to manage a weekly topic, a monthly theme and a separate competition.
I'd suggest maybe a monthly competition starting on the 1st of a month, and a monthly theme starting on the 15th of a month. That way you'd have a new subject once a fortnight, and you could choose whether you wanted to enter for fun in one, or for competition in the other - or both.
Anyway - over to you - what do you think?

In terms of competition - how would you feel about two non-participant members choosing a winning shot on a monthly basis? giving some C&C as to why it was chosen, and how it could still be improved. If you were the monthly winner - would this put you off from posting?
