You've seen my home town
This is my home, magnificent architecture innit. 
The gates are 6.6 feet high with barbed wire as you can see, it's to keep the stupid boys from climbing over to retrieve their footballs.

Hi K, they were warned repeatedly not to enter the gates, I told them to shout and they'd get their balls back anytime.
I have 4 rotties in there, can you imagine the uproar the press would cause if a lad was bitten, now they can't in, they still get their balls back, unless one of the dogs gets it first.

with all dogs attacks in the papers i bet it makes you paranoid but i reckon it they just lack discipline from owners and not known from right to wrong
