Did a bit better today....

A couple moreof the pup from today....a bit better than the last ones...(but the weather was more on my side!) The Shutter is so sensitive that I am a bit heavy handed with it at the moment....

Anyways....what do we think?

They are all a little out of focus or soft on my screen Tassle? Could be the resizing? I love all the poses you have an eye for that, when doing portraits I always try to focus on the eyes, as the last shot is lovely except the focus is on the dogs nose rather than the eye. My other pet hate is the collar! I appreciate though in some places you may not feel safe in removing it.

You are right - they are soft....I cannot seem to get the hang of the weight of this at the moment - and to be honest - that last one was a lucky catch with her sat still for a second....she is not great at still!!

I have been lent a monopod which has made a huge difference to my ability to focus!

Perhaps a little sharpening post processing? Would that help?

I did try a bit of sharpening but in PB it looked terrible.....I have thought about a tripod...or monoopd....but I would need one that went down to about 30cms....
