Agree with BC - not bad for a first effort - but I would seriously get rid of the word 'BAY' - as it is very distracting 
I would try and go a bit wider - get more of the arm in, but I actually don't mind it as is!

I agree with what's been said regarding dof and getting wider but I think it's great for a first effort. I'd feel really strange taking these types of pics so well done.
