Funny, the woman looks younger but doesn't seem to work on the man. I like the earlier 'older' effect on the man of the two but neither are flattering!

The big problem with making people look younger is things like the jowls falling as a person gets older - that's hard to deal with in PS - and no amount of careful colour changing and wrinkle smoothing on it's own works unfortunately!
