I think it's a good image to convey it's tall, nice deep blue sky but sadly it's quite a boring building and tends to look like any city office block and not exceptionally tall.

I agree BC, it is a boring building but can I get the persective over that it is tall. I think it is just under 700ft.

I can't give you a proper answer without seeing the location, but a wider wide angle lens would lengthen the building. I was back in Abu Dhabi recently, lots of skyscrapers, but couldn't easily find a shot of this type that conveyed what I wanted. Their buildings are a lot more interesting, mirrored glass, coloured buildings but still couldn't find anything that quite conveyed the height within an acceptable photogenic image.
