Not a fan of this one, can't put my finger on it, but it's definitely lacking something - perhaps it's that it has no real focal point for me? Sorry!

No, it's not too small 
I just think it's a bit bland for a focal point, my eye wanders around the photo, and the bandstand looks crooked at the roof point - also, it lacks any real vibrancy - it just looks a bit flat. Sorry! I think perhaps getting rid of the OOF people and bikes may help? But then, I'm not sure the bandstand merits a photo on its own, at this angle... :/
