It remids me of Alton towes a bit too.
Opinions......
Very sunny day so contrast is high - The sun is right to left so you've got a lot of shadow which can't be helped.
Not sure how fast the thing was moving but being a nice bright subject it could perhaps be a tad sharper ?
In terms of the composition it works really well in my opinion.

Portland, OR is famous for it's public transit system. Your photograph is an example of another alternative to driving the old car around in traffic jams. There is quite a large segment of the population here that don't own a gasoline powered vehicle. I love your photograph, it's bright hopeful scenery & good composition.
