Managed a short walk today
Hi all
After being laid up for over a month with two prolapsed discs in my spine I managed t get out for a short walk with the dogs today and managed to get a few pictures before the pain in my bak forced me to return home.

Still I'm on the mend at last.

loved the photos ,no 1 my fav and iknow how you feel with back as ihad two prolapse in the neck couple of years ago so take it easy x

Great photos, I know what you are going through, My Disc came right out and had to have an emergency operation to have it removed! Take it easy, one day at a time!

hi steve,so sorry you been unwell and hopefully your back is on the mend . i too know how is feel with backpain i had over the years and taken so many time off work but i can imagine yours is loads times worse and my heart goes out to you x
