Birdie!

Sometimes having a camera with you pays dividends...

Forgive the clarity, this was at the blunt end of a 30X zoom, but worth it.

Awww! Adorable! Not good on baby birds so not a clue on the first one, looks like it should be coot or something, but I know they don't look like that - or at least, they don't when very young! :/

I agree. A) because of the size of its feet. HUGE !!!

And B) because this was stood over it...




But they were all so far away it was almost impossible to get a decent pic...which is why none of these are
