Re: Summerhouse

I like it Moon

If I was being picky, the shadow/pp filter on her right side of the face has made a bump appear - you could PP that to bring it in line with the contour of her face?

Re: Summerhouse

Suzi, it is a lovely shot but me being me there has to be a but. If you are taking it again could we try for a little more skin detail, it looks smooth and on the point of blowing, if you wanted it that way fair enough but I think it would be nice if her skin was more peach like which I am sure it is. Of course, it is more than possible that it is lost in the compression needed to get it on to the Internet.

Something else that has struck me, was she either wearing no makeup or a shimmering make up, IMO matt gives a better finish for the camera with perhaps just gentle and carefully applies highlights. Or am I so far out of date to be prehistoric, probably

Re: Summerhouse

That's an adoreable shot Suzi. It's such an innocent smile, totally relaxed. You can tell she's not camera shy. Nice use of vignetting to draw the eye to the face.

Thanks Jackie, she wasn't really wearing any make up though, except mascara, she doesn't really wear it much at the momentI haven't done any PP to her skin

I just converted to mono, and added a vignette to draw you into her face rather than look at the summerhouse.

Thank you , will have another look and try probably
