Fudge, Fingal, Skye & Breagh - Dee Estuary West Kirby

Posted in this section as per Azz's thread about pets.

As the title says really - Fudge, Fingal, Skye & Breagh having a run on the sand at West Kirby. I'd been there as a kid but never with the dogs before. Certainly a great place if you're wanting lots of space for the dogs (and kids) to run free.

Dogs aside - the Dee estuary looked like a pretty good place to go for a day out with the camera. When the tide is out you can walk out for miles onto the different islands. I think the bird life is meant to be pretty good.

In no particular order.......

Breagh approaching at high speed.

Fingal doing something strange

Fudge levitating

Skye playing

Skye spots another dog

Skye Inbound

Fingal - did we bring towels ?

Fingal after something

Fingal doing a 'Cujo'

Wait for me

Fudge on the turn - Probably with Breagh

Breagh - Devil Dog

Stretching her legs

Skye and Breagh

Skye 'running down' one of the other dogs I suspect

Young skinny ribs - getting her feet in a muddle

I've been with the dogs a few times, it is great

The gang all look great, really cracking action shots, love the Fingal towel shot Really love the shot of Breagh strecthing her legs, Phil she has matured into a stunner. They are a fab set of pics.

How did Fudge and Breagh get on?

Re: Fudge, Fingal, Skye & Breagh - Dee Estuary West Kirby

They got on great Moon.

Skye and Fingal stayed in kennels here in Scotland at the weekend and as a result Breagh and Fudge got on really well. I think it was easier for them to adjust to each other without the boys complicating matters.

These pics were taken a couple of months ago but I'd left them on Rachel's PC.

No doubt

What was funny was that when we got home last night Breagh was a bag of nerves because 'her' boys weren't here. She wouldn't even go out in the garden after dark on her own.

They're all reunited now though as we picked Skye and Fingal up this afternoon. One thing that's not so good is Skye has got the runs. Poor chap is having to go out every 5 mins and it's pouring with rain.

Thanks Azz

I think the fist one of Breagh and the one of Fudge of the turn came out well.

I was using my sister's (Fudgeley) camera so I perhaps wasn't as quick off the mark with some as it's a bit different.

They are so full of fun and action Phil, I absolutely love them all. Think you have shown what dogs are truly about, the love of life.

Have you tried to do a montage of your dogs in action, reckon it would be a good idea and would cheer up any depressing day, such an explosion of life.
