Bought a wireless remote...
Just bought a radio controlled wireless remote for my D300. Thought it would be a bit of fun for you lot to give me some ideas what I could do with it?!
Range is a quite a few metres...

get a reciever on the same frequency and attach it to the electric garage door
Or tune it in to a heart pacemaker and watch your neighbour run a 3 minute mile.
Or rig your camera up on a tripod next to a bird feed station and get some real closeups of birds feeding.

I use mine for self portraits, and for taking product photography I use mine quite a lot actually
