Nice composition, great contrast and very moody - Only nitpic would be the top left corner - it looks to dark...

Getting the horizon at 1/3 up or down might have been an option but I think it works well regardless.

Yep, actually the half split was deliberate. So many are thirds and it just didn't seem to work.
