Pillar boxes

I thought that this would be a nice easy shot...but it has taken nearly 3 hours in 'shop, having the background lowlighted, the boxes colour increased and brightened, overall lighting balanced, an unwanted *output of dog* brushed out....

Does it work?

I think the fence and background doesn't make it easy tbh, maybe desaturate them a bit more?

I think if you added a Vignette to focus your eye on the boxes, it would help , to lessen the impact of the wall, and fence

I've re-imaged the shot, with further cropping, de-saturation of the background and a slight tweak to the boxen colours...

I'd keep the crop as it was tho, and perhaps darken those bars...

Prefer the edit - though perhaps a bit tight on crop - and I think the bars definitely distract :/ which is a shame as the overall idea was excellent
