Fungi
Taken yesterday 
Hmmm - the problem with Flickr is that the photo's are only available in either a 500 width (as posted here) or 1024
The 500 doesn't show up the detail as well but the 1024 is too large to view - oh welll.

I wouldn't eat them either 
I couldn't find much else to photograph so decided to search for fungi - I must say that dogs really aren't conductive to good photography. The youngest ran through the one in the second shot and one of our others trampled over some (we were out walking them at the time when I decided to take some photographs).
It's not a subject I have ever really considered shooting before, but I do love having fun with my Macro lens.

Great shots Greyhawk, very well exposed as well, I really like #3 and 5 best.
