Quick easy way to resize an image, free download. You can either go into profile with dropdown of pre set sizes or set your own in resolution. You can also watermark your pictures easily in effects tab.

Yes it does, highlight and drag images onto the VSO icon, as many as you like.

I've not used that, but just wanted to quickly say - I would steer clear of 'cheap' freebee type resizers as they could degrade the quality of the final image.
So test enough to make sure you are happy with whatever you end up using

I would say try it for yourself and see what you think, make a copy of a picture and use that to play with. Let us have your opinion of the program.

I don't like to install programs unless they come from a trusted/well known vendor tbh Bazza.
Maybe if you could post a 'large' original file, and then one resized by that software we can compare to our own methods
