Re: Me and my safari pal.....

2nd one is super K, like the mouse in the first one but not the giraffe, as it's a bit too blurry on the face.

I hope you are putting some of these up in your portfolio - the mothers are gonna love em!

Re: Me and my safari pal.....

I made the giraffe blurry on purpose as i wanted it to seem it was coming up from behind - maybe it hasnt worked aswell as i hoped!LOL

Re: Me and my safari pal.....

KK - I really like the concept of the first picture but for me the blurred Giraffe just doesn't work, I keep getting distracted by the fact it isn't in focus. Also the mouse looks a little too 2D (like it is simply stuck on?). However as I said the concept is brilliant and would love to see you do another 'safari' image

Re: Me and my safari pal.....

Thanks GH - ill give it another go over when i gt the chance Cant tell you how hard it is to find a stock mouse that "fits" in wth the bright carttony type theme! I may just have to look at the shadow placement and burn him a little in the right places....

Hi Mils
Thanks for your input. This has actually generated quite a bit of interest from a number of parents from Jacks nursery. Its all down to personal taste and requirments. Im aware that many parents would like something more traditional which i do offer - this is a fun alternative for those looking for something different and fun!
