Canal clearing
Yep they are working on our canal clearing it, and also ruining the wildlife into the bargain

Reminds me of the Canal where i grew up in Leicestershire, the cut the flow off to an entire area, and lots of fish died in the process. they say the do it to preserve the waterways but it seems to go against the whole point of the work involved.
