Finding interest even in weeds
When I took this shot I was taken by the way the weeds fitted in with the stones a perfect natural rockery - now I wonder if it works as I feel there is no depth to the image. But I still like the variegated leaves on the thistle like plant.

I think as you say, it's a bit flat - but I do really like it, lovely colours and shapes!

I like it Snapper, because of the interesting shapes and composition - although, because of the awful weather here, you could have tried some of your more 'vivid' colour modes in your camera? (not sure the Pentax has any tho)

Yes the Pentax does have the colour adjustment but as it happens this was taken in the Mediterranean. 
Because I am more of less house bound at the moment I have been sorting through the files and virgin shots still awaiting attention and this was one of them, I will try increasing the colour in PS, and see if it helps.
