Great capture, but I'm not sure its a buzzard, looks more like a peregrine falcon.

Nice capture Bazza

Wouldn't say it's a buzzard though.

Look at the wings. That's a 'fast' bird (Hawk / Falcon)

From the banding on the tail I'd agree with the above (Sparrowhawk or Peregrine) most likely to be a Sparrowhawk though. Not sure if the head is dark enoygh for a peregrine.

If anything - it makes it an even better capture.

Its a lanner/Saker hybrid I think, I realise where the picture was taken, Bazza has lost his marbles!! and his file names!!
