The Ochils this morning

Took these about 10am today, the view is looking north over the River Forth estuary.

I fiddled about with HDR and contrast a bit to see the difference, the pics were taken from almost the same spot.

Re: The Ochils this morning

Awesome looking place

Have you thought of including more foreground in the shot, all the drama there is in the land and the sky although lovely and blue is a little empty to add a lot of interest.

Prefer #1 with the interest of the frost and the greenery, well exposed image and not obviously hdr'd which I like

Re: The Ochils this morning

Looks like a nice place - I bet you can get some lovely shots there.

Re your shots, they look a tad soft :-/ would have been nice to get those mountains looking 'crisp'. Maybe reducing the size for the web and adding some sharpening might help?

Please tag your photos when posting in the AOP sections. Thanks!
