Re: One for Moonstone........

Yep, definitely need a nice warm cushion for that bench! But what an amazing view, Great place for a bench.

When I saw the title, I thought it is either a bench or a Highland cow
Very jealous of your bench pics I have yet to get one in a fantastic setting like that! I haven't taken any for awhile, must go and find some more

Thanks for sharing, looking forward to seeing the rest of the shots you took today. xx

Re: One for Moonstone........

Now I am worried, what lone house?

Phill if I had climbed up there I reckon I would be sitting on that bench not shoting it.

Hope you had a good day and the weather was not unkind and you were able to enjoy the wonderful scenery.

It's Lagangarbh cottage which is owned by the National Trust for Scotland although it's actually bunkhouse accomodation for SMC (Scottish Mountaineering Clubl) members. They've got loads of 'huts' dotted about the highlands.

Re: One for Moonstone........

Thanks MS I can see it now it is pointed out to me and tbh I had not enlarged it before but in my defense I was looking at the bench and the scenery and thinking how cold it would be on ones extremities.

Dam, now when I look at it all I can see is the dam house.
