Boats

I have been scanning some of my Velvia slides (huge files of over 100 mb each) and thought I would put a few up to share

The first is some Paddle Boats stored on Weymouth beach

And these two were found at Baiter which is toward the east end of Poole Quay.

Re: Boats

The colours are fantastic, great Primary colours. Really like the first one Steve.

I still haven't got anything from my Canon SLR that I am ready to share but it's getting there, but I am beginning to enjoy the suspense of film, and getting better at thinking film and not digital

Did take half a roll, the other morning when it was really white and frosty, so I look forward to getting those developed

Re: Boats

Hi Jack

I do still get the film camera out for the odd trip. More for pleasure than anything else. I still enjoy the discipline that using film enforces upon one.

Every shot has to be thought about and in doing so makes you slow down and think about the shot.

Just this morning I was doing a check of how many rolls of Velvia 50 I have in the freezer. 23 rolls of 36 in the 35mm and 11 rolls of 120 (6x6).

I'll be panicking when I get down into single figures
