Some from our holiday

Here's the first few I've uploaded from our holiday pictures. Not sure if they're the best ones as I was a bit 'click happy' and haven't been through them all yet.

Our cottage (right) on the shore of Loch Sunart. At high tide the water comes right up to the ruin in the garden. At low tide you can collect fresh muscles by the barrow load.

Cottage 2

Cottage 3

Cottage 4

The view West from the 'garden'

Breagh

The burn behind the house

Sure I'll have loads more once i've been through them. Some I'm keeping as I want to have a play with them

I took about 100 shots up and down that stream at different shutter speeds to see what did what.

I've still to sort through them - Big waterfalls, little waterfalls, white water, slow water. i'll no doubt post a selection so i'll include the speeds for each.

As for this one it's..... 1/5 sec (or 20) at F29

Lovely pics, Phil. All very effective - can almost feel the weather! Love where you stayed! I want a "but n' ben" like that! Ah and it is great to see Breagh, who is looking very healthy with that gorgeous shiny coat! Missed seeing Breagh on Dogsey!

She's still on Dogsey (along with Skye and Fingal) in fact I may just go and update her 'growing up thread' with some recent pics as she's 9 months old tomorrow.
