One of the beauties of digital photography is that it doen't cost you anything to be bored. I love your captures in the rain, especially the last one. Have you considered feathering the outside edge to black and draw additional attention to the central drop of water?

Very nice....If I had any idea how to do it I might have considered it!

......but then again maybe not - I am not an artistic person - I am constantly in awe of some of the shots people put on this forum they are a real inspiration

In Photoshop or Elements: Use Marquee tool to select an area slightly smaller than the whole photo. Select >Feather of about 60-120 depending on the original photo size. Select>Inverse. Choose a levels adjustment and select levels. Drag center slider right until desired effect is attained. Ta Da!!!!!!
