Leaf Panel

Here's a fun experiment with framing techniques. I used a portion of the capture as it's own frame, darkening the frame slightly & beveling the edge. It seems to work well. What do you think?

Re: Leaf Panel

Bob fab colours , I think it would work better if you put made the middle image darker, and the frame lighter. Just my opinion xx

Re: Leaf Panel

After your suggestion I created another version of the first panel lightening the frame. It didn't work for me at all. I think I'll still with my first results. Thanks for your imput Suzi. Feel free to edit & experiment on these photos yourself.

Re: Leaf Panel

I headed for one yesterday, missed my turn to get there and then realized it was way to cold to be out there wandering around looking for a bridge. It was 39 degrees & misting. Brrrrrr!

I'll try again as soon as our weather improves a bit. By the way I asked for your opinions because I covet your knowledge. You do fine work Suzi. Don't underestimate yourself.

"A River Runs Through It" would be more appropriate Suzi at least of the Pacific Northwest. Link: http://www.imdb.com/rg/VIDEO_PLAY/LI.../vi3568566553/

I love that movie!

It's a great story, and of course it stars Brad Pitt
