As you may have read I have just bought a brand new Sigma lens at a greatly reduced price. Before I add a link may I just point out a couple of things.
First the purchase was made by myself to an English branch of an American company. This branch is based in Sussex. I did not buy from the USA.
Second there is no import duty or VAT, it is included in the purchase price but obviously post and package has to be added.
Third the lens I bought only came with a 4 year( yes 4year) American warrantee which is not valid here in the UK. For that reason I would suggest taking out an insurance policy.
Forth not every product they sell has such a good discount you need to do comparisons with other companies. I paid just over £465 against Jessops price of £800 for the exactly the same Sigma lens
Fifth the Nikon D300 and maybe other cameras could well be refurbished back to original condition so watch out for that.
What I would say is the service is first class with a very fast delivery time and on my experience I would suggest that this company is well worth taking a look at.

OOoh, they have the 50mm that I want, almost a hundred pounds cheaper

I was looking at the Canon 430EX MK11 flash, they have it for £205 inc shipping, but I have found it for as low as £177 elsewhere.
So yes, have a look but shop about first

I also saw they weren't that cheap on SB600 and SB800's (found them cheaper on a UK site) so agree with Alan, shop around as normal - and if you can, always pay by credit card as you have better protection that way.

Well, that is the cheapest I have seen the 50mm lens I want and believe me, I have been looking for the cheapest

If you buy in the UK are you not covered by a 12 month guarantee anyway. And yes, the credit card also gives you protection against goods found to be faulty or not suitable for purpose.
