Peeping Tom

I spent ages messing about with this (well, at least an hour anyway) and I still can not get the feel I was after.

I like the lock (it's from the Netley Church I was at last week) but for me the eye is not menacing enough, but I might revisit it later on

Re: Peeping Tom

Okay,

I wasn't happy, so I had another go. The main problem was the eye, it wasn't spooky enough, so I redid the eye, here it so so you can see it:

So I used this eye on my keyhole pic, the problem is that the keyhole hides some of the better detail in the eye (the red veins etc).

Re: Peeping Tom

Hey, even more menacing if that pupil shape was a slit like a cats eye or some monster thing... Really nice pic, grabs interest. WildWalker you are one of the people demonstrating a good standard of proficiency in manipulating images. Would be handy if you could drop in some info. how you go about it from time to time. I know little about that side of stuff so am keen to read any info.

Re: Peeping Tom

Thanks all, glad you like it, I had a fair bit of fun (and frustration) making it too

Blackcloud, I don't mind showing some of the things I used, but as I use Photoshop, it may not apply to the sotware you are using. But I can put up a few notes if you like?

BTW, I'm glad you think I am proficient I sometimes wish I knew a lot more as I struggle with my images sometimes.

Absolutely...I do have Photoshop but tend to use Paint Shop Pro so always keen to hear any ideas.
