Glass in Water

Ok, wasnt sure where to put this so have put it in 'other'

I took this a while ago now, but it always annoyed me (tell you why in a sec)

Basically, this is a glass in water (a small plastic fish tank to be precise) and the problem I had was that I could never get rid of the bubbles in the water in my tank. End result was lots of bubbles on the image (that's what annoyed me)

Anyway, I have sat an PS'ed them out, what do you think?

I'm still trying to work out what exactly is going on - which just adds to it my opinion.

It's upside down ?

Yes, it is upsidedown. It's not dropped in to the water though, it was held at the bottom of the tank, full of air, then released. This is point the glass hit the surface of the water. Makes a nice effect eh

So it's not upside down as I thought (the whole picture)

It's just bobbed up full of air.

You were right the first time, the photo is upsidedown. The water at the bottom of the picture, is the top of the tank, by rotating the image it gives the illusion the glass has been dropped in to the tank, rather than the reality of it floating up and hitting the top of the water
