I have been spending
Just ordered today a
nikon 55-200mm VR lens
and
Nikon sb600 speedlight.
Hoping for it before the weekend
I now have just over two weeks off work so hopefully a chance to get out and about.

Don't know about the lens but I have the SB600 and it is really good, the pullout defuser is for wide angle shots incase your wondering. Not sure if it will work off camera (remote) as I have a feeling that particular camera model doesn't incude command flash like the D200.
One thing is you will definately notice the difference even in dull daylight.
