Hello Grant,
It does look like the horse is having a funny five minutes there
May I sugges that you clone out the fence, and crop the image so the white sky is gone, would really help the image

Yes, he looks better now
Without the fence it looks like he can now get to you (the viewer) so that safety line is gone
