Weddings

As i think i said, i have never been brave enough to offer to take the official pics for a wedding. Here are some i took with my D70s last year at a friends. I put them on a dvd and they were very pleased with the result..

comments good and bad welcome.it was a very dreary day and over cast most of the time.
I cloned the official photographer out on the one for the DVD

Put a bit of bling on their glasses

Re: Weddings

I think these are great. I would like to see the black and white ones in glorious colour though.

I think you caught the moments well and I much prefer the candid/semi formal shot [does that make sense lol]

Would of been nice if the bridesmaid were looking at you or the same way. I get the feeling they were posing for four togs and trying to keep you all happy.

But back to the critique a very good start you may have a new career here.

Re: Weddings

Fantastic shots there! Nothing wrong with any of them! Thats the way to do it, get as much practice as possible, and it never hurts to shadow a pro! (if they don't mind that is!)

Re: Weddings

the colour ones are cool - but - your colour popped photos are obviously your signature dish. Stick with it, everyone does the typical colour shoots - some people much prefer the contemporary shoots which shows your style off and adds interest to the pictures.

well done you for being so bold.
