Think the grass is in the way a bit......also a little out of focus

Any ideas for PS - (PS6 - although still don't know how to use it!)

Re: Gabe and toy

Think this one is nice, like the point from which it is taken, tree does not bother me but it could easily be lost if it bothers you. Don't find the dogs foot a problem either, to lie with the foot tucked in is part of the personality of the dog and I find that perfectly acceptable.

Don't mind the long grass either, the only thing I personally would prefer is a bit more DOF so the whole dog was in sharp focus, mind you that would then make the tree more of a problem so perhaps you took all that into account and did your best with a subject that you could not or did not wish to move to a more acceptable location.

Also accepting the fact that I know about as much or probably less that you do.

Re: Gabe and toy

I like it, he has a cheeky expression, and the missing leg doesn't bother meI also like the sprouts of grass framing him, it's like you crawled towards him, and then at the last minute he clocks you, and gives you that look

You can easily blur that tree if it bothers you or even clone it out, and then just blur the background more

Sorry not very good at C&C's , I am trying.

PS I think he is yummy!

When I joined the forum, I thought I'll stear clear of the CCs but being a big mouth had to voice my opinion and find it helps me be more critical of my own humble shots as it can help you realy 'look' at an image in detail. But now find it hard to request a CC for my own work as I am now never happy with them myself. Probably with good reason.

LOL I recognised, the Oh God she has the camera again look and she is stalking me

I just don't feel very confident doing them, but I will always give you my honest gut reaction if you ask for it, just can't offer any advice on how to improve a picture
