Super pic! The person stood below gives the monument more feeling of height

Re: The Wallace Monument Stiling

Another cracker Dave. A really nice angle to.

Agree with Kanikula - the figure gives a good sense of scale.

You could crop out the people on the left or remove the bin - just a suggestion ?

Hi Dave - had a wee play with the picture hope you don't mind.

I only had a small version but I've cloned out the bin, the fence, and some of the people on the left - also removed the lighting rig that was next to the guy in red.

Re: The Wallace Monument Stiling

Lovely photo and I do like the way you have edited it Phil. One thing still catches my eye though, it is the patch of green at the bottom left of the building - the colour isn't right for grass and thus it is constanly drawing my eye to it.
Kit 1
Canon 20D
Canon 28-135 3.5-5.6 IS USM
Canon 70-300 4-5.6 IS USM
Canon 100 2.8 USM Macro
Canon 10-22mm 3.5-4.5
Canon 50mm 1.4
Canon 85mm 1.8
