Portait?

Can this be portrait? Or must be the whole head on the picture?

I would say so - the framing works well

I'm not sure if it's my new monitor, but the pic looks too light on the left and too dark on the right? It must be this monitor as I haven't had a chance to calibrate it properly yet.

Definitely a portrait!!

Its the same on my monitor, from total white to total black, if that was the intention great work, if not a very happy accident

I love it! Especially the eye on the right of the pic (your dog's left!), where just the iris is picked out of the shadow, and the hair casts a shadow over it. Really like that (very specific) bit.

Good morning everyone...

This black and white combination actually was my intention. I was playing in PS and this came out. Original picture is a little bit lighter on left side and white on right is not that intensive.

But I like the photo a lot and I am planing to send it to some photo contest here in Slovenia. They want portraits. So, I had to find out if that is a portrait...
