Various dogs

I seem to spend half my life taking pictures of the various dogs that come through my life.

I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on these pictures....I was quite proud of them but none were really deliberate.

Maybe thats enough for now.....

Re: Various dogs

I think there's too many to go in depth for C&C Tassle... maybe edit your post to include just one or two? I just think you'll get more feedback that way

Re: Various dogs

Ok, my penniesworth. Firstly LOVELY Dogs!!!

1. Nice composition, however you are looking down on the dog, try to get to his level, and remove tags and collars, they distract.

2. Doesnt do much for me Im afraid, but would be great for a caption comp!

3. Nice! Slightly underexposed but a nice subject and you captured the dog well.

4. Nicely composed again and a much better angle for taking the picture. Slightly out of focus, but I do like this one a lot!

5. If the background were better, that would be a cracker!!!!! Saying that its a cracker now!

6. Lovely pup, but again the background distracts. id perhaps of concentrated on the dogs head and shoulders, as him lifting his leg (or her) makes the picture look unbalanced.

Personal view only, you should be really pleased with them.
Dawn.

Re: Various dogs

Thanks...

I knew I was getting carried away

I am just trying to find some editing software to be able to play with backgrounds etc.

Thanks for your opinions Dawn.
