Alvis! Has left the building

This is a 1952 Alvis , and it is gorgeous in the flesh, my pics do not do it justice, I took loads, but so many people were looking at it, I have lots with people in the wayAll the full length ones have someone else in them.. Also there were quite a few people trying to get a shot of it, I got a pitying look from a man next to me with the world biggest camera, when I got Betty out I almost stuck my tongue out at him

The owner tracked this car down to the states and brought it back, this car was originally owned by his father in law from new, he worked for Alvis and this was his company car after his death the car was sold, and it took them a while to trace it, but it is back in their family now.Hey! you know me I have to ask questions

The interior is fab, all wood panelling and red leather seats, it really is a beautiful car

Re: Alvis! Has left the building

I know they are not very good, but it's not a car you see every day which is why I posted these. Would love to do a proper car shoot like Rawker, just to have a go though. When there aren't loads of people around

Re: Alvis! Has left the building

Nice post and captures MS Have you tried to saturate the colours a touch? I think it may work well for these
