Crows vs Magpies
I have a pair of magpies nesting in the very top of my largest pine tree, it is huge, much taller than the house. Anyway, today a crow has been bugging the
magpies and they have been fighting back. I managed to get a few shots,mostly of the crow as the magpies were sat on the nest and then would quick bomb the crow and then go back. They did fight it off this time, but it was a big crow.

This is as far as I could zoom in
I am plaesed I captured it though , and it isn't too blurry. Really need to practice more taking bird pics

Great pictures. Especially like number 6.
We don't have that many magpies about but we've got crows (and a rookery) in the woods at the bottom of the garden. They can be noisy sods - sounds like a churchyard sometimes.
