It's a crop, but aside from that non of the colours have been modified
Just my usual routine:
Resize/crop to 690 pixels
Level adjustment if required
Slight sharpening to compensate for reduction in size
(Camera sharpness set to low medium)

Mary had a little lamb, she also had a bear. They rarely saw her little lamb but often saw her ( erm forgotton the next bit )
