Peri Peri Chicken! YUM!

OK just posting this to kick this section off, and to show you what I had last night

Pics are not great at all! I was far too hungry and far too busy wanting to hurry up so I could eat!

If anyone's interested, it is gorgeous! All you need is:

Marks & Spencer Peri Peri whole chicken (takes 50 mins in the oven)
Marks & Spencer Pre packed/washed Root Salad
Marks & Spencer French style salad dressing
Marks & Spencer Traditional Colesaw
McCain oven chips

It's making me hungry again! lol

Re: Peri Peri Chicken! YUM!

I wish I was that good of a cook Mel lol

Guys - you should all try it once! It is like Nandos, the Portuguese restaurant, but without all the crap they put in theirs - I actually prefer the M&S version

If you are greedy, it will feed two (it's a whole chicken, mostly deboned), or it will feed a small family (two legs, two breasts).

Btw, M&S has become my favourite supermarket after re-discovering it lately - only problem is you can expect to pay around twice what you would pay elsewhere, but you do get better quality that is actually quite noticable
