I've had to lighten them a bit because it was just getting dark! The power of the sea was scary

Re: couple of the sea yesterday!

Nice shots Kristian... but weren't there lots of warnings for people not to go to coastal areas?

Be careful dude!

Re: couple of the sea yesterday!

I was wondering how long it would take for someone to post shots of the waves crashing against the shore, and I have to be honest, I actually hoped I wouldn't see any!

Azz is right. There were warnings issued about going near the shore line during the storms. I even heard one TV reporter mention on air, that he had seen some crazy photographer getting closer & closer to the breaking waves, just to get that perfect shot.

Like Azz said...just be careful out there. we've all seen these types of shot before, we know what they look like, and I know it would be great to have one in your own personal collection...but, just don't take the risks people! Sometimes it's not worth it.

Re: couple of the sea yesterday!

The storms are due to hit my neck of the woods over the next few days. I'll be the first one down that coast, just you watch me! lol
